Yoga touches upon our human needs and desires as it teaches us to embrace love, sensitivity, quietude, spiritual and physical strength and flexibility in our everyday lives.

As we learn to reconnect with our true selves, we begin to tap into self-acceptance and self-compassion, finding our own voice and trusting our intuition until we ultimately enjoy authentic connection with ourselves and the world around us.
